u don't need to be sad from ur screen shot it shows u are on step 2 of 2 which is installing. The truth is when u connect wireless next time it will continue from where it stopped so nothing to worry about

sometimes u just have to ignore some people. Someone asked u to format ur pc and u did. Well am not criticising but what u should have done is to look for another pc and try and know if it will work. But that's not my problem. First of all check to know if u are downloading the autoloader or the bar which can be installed using saches. Tell me ur location and device too might help.

Good Morin, it won't continue cos this is the second time i'm doing it. This first one I saw was the update of 118mb when it got to step 2 of 2 99%, It displayed 'The software update was interrupted. Please try again later.

I tried again with update of 983 mb, with the same problem. I wonder what is happening.

Morin, the first update was 118mb,interrupted. Then 983mb, interrupted again.

as it is currently, the space you have left on your internal storage should be sufficient for the download and installation but you can also remove all pictures and all the stuff in your download folder and move them to your media card to create more space, then try again

Tnx, I v done that. I'l try to download the blackberry link to my laptop again though it's taking ages to do. I won't relent until I find solution for the update. You can also suggest other methods that you know.
