I later managed to get it downloaded n installed, tnx dou. But my major problem is dat Blackberry Link is still saying my device is unrecognised, its rilly pissing me off! Even as am running a current version of BlackBerry Link and my Laptop is connected to d Internet, Wadyu suggest? me don tire here..

henry007: when you connect your fone initially, ur cd-rom icon changes and when you click it, the option pops up telling you to install link. it looks like the link Software installer is embedded. have you seen anything like that.

Well for all d peeps dat is or will experience error in detection of dier blackberry10s by Blackberry Link, here's wat I did, first off all my laptop was connected to d Internet, den I opened Blackberry Link, hooked up my bb(same old "cannot connect to ur device" flashes), den I went to Control Panel/ Hardware and Sound/ Device Manager/ click on d tiny arrow beside Network Adapters and u get sub-options, u shuld c ur blackberry device among d options, nw Right-click on ur blackberry device n click on Properties, a new box opens, check d top n click on "Driver", den look down n click on "Update Driver", select "check for updates online and in computer", wait a while till it tells u Drivers are up to date, disconnect ur fon, reboot d laptop, after rebooting, open Blackberry Link, connect ur fon n shout WOW!!!!!
