It is dust,water & crack resistance...

Hello Gurus in the house, pls help me, since I upgrade my BlackBerry Q10 to version 10.3, anytym I ON my phone or rebbot it, all my application wil wipe off until I downgrade it back to 10.2 version, pls what may be the problem? Pls I love d 10.3 OS version, how can I fix dis problem?

Anybody tested the airtel 3gb for 1000 yet? I want to know if it works on bb10

Please,help is needed here, for the past three days now anytime my bbz10 battery has been depleted to 49%, the phone will turn off and it won't come up again until I do a recharge which will start charging from 49%. Both phone and battery are not up to three months old.

Is Screen guide diff frm screen protector?I had to remove d protector cos it makes d fone ugly like kolidave rightly said n ve been looking for a pouche can't get for z3 unlike other fones

Pls help, my Z10 went off itself after booting n is not coming up, tot is the battery but try to power it wit desktop charger but still not responding.

Pls I rilly nid HELP,my q10 is still operating o.s 10.1 I've got no acess to Wifi, no fast cafe, glo network is fast in my area, I tried puttin my subscribed (1k glo) sim in an androoidd fone and use hotspot but it's no working(maybe I don't know how to connect it ) so Pls help me update dis old boy and I will b forever gratefull, and call u ppl "oga" 4 d rest of my life.

Lol... If you own a laptop, install BlackBerry link on it, share your hotspot with the system, connect phone to the laptop and download the update... Be sure to back up all you got...

Try using another battery to test. If it comes on and boots successfully, then you got a bad battery. If it still doesn't work, then you'll need to reinstall the OS on your phone....

Try and look for topics on how to use glo 1k BlackBerry subscription on android phones or if uHave peeps using bb10 phones, uCan borrow theirs and put ur glo sim card in anyone and use its hotspot..then connect ur phone 2 it and update ur os.

Pls my ppl my bbq10 is responding slowly and sometimes hang that I need to restart b4 I can use again...it's been happening for like 3days now...Pls someone should help

If you in Lagos, there are good phone engineers in computer village that are specialized in unlocking phones.
If you not in Lagos, look for a good phone engineer to unlock it...

Thats not a great advice at all, Z10 STL100-1 usually have battery caliberation issues as i had that particular model and had to endure that problem all through. Theres no permanent solution to that issue and reloading the os each time it happens is not advisable. To help me manage that problem i had to install a paid app called Battery Guru which tells me the real battery charge expressed in volts. Sapedro, to recaliberate your battery, remove the battery from your phone for some minutes and put it back again. You may want to download battery guru from App World if the problem persists; its just 0.99 USD.

Remove d battery n leave it outside for about 2hrs b4 replacin it back n chargin. U will notice dat it wud start reaching 0% b4 it dies off.
