I updated my OS from 10.3.1 to 10.3.2... now I'm having difficulties synchronising my Yahoo accounts to ma fone... Cc: Walcolm, Bluepearls any idea? Or is it server issues?

pls. help me. my z10 charger has spoiled my phone.
when. I was charging it d screen turn to blue for d first.
time. I reset d phone. and it work normal but yesterday d
screen also show blue colour as well when I was charging
it but the phone did nt boot again. only d red indicator light
will show when I insert d ba3. my ogas please help me out |

Pls anybody with an idea on how i can use z10 ba3 efficiently? My ba3 rarely lasts for 5 hours, despite that i make sure it is in power saving mode. Pls help a friend enjoy his bb. |

Prixus: I just upgraded using an autoloader and now I can't see the music, picture, or video icons on my phone anymore. but from settings and memory card details I can see that the files are there. some other apps too are missing from the front page and other pages... The autoloader you installed is not a complete one, either update if u can or download a better one. I've once used that os type. |

Prixus: actually those developers always tell you upfront....they spell out very long disclaimers that you should not hold them responsible if you blow your device...you just didn't bother to read the disclaimer |

simdam500:I use a z30 and I'm currently on 10.3.1.634. the OS was the one that came with the phone...10.1.xxxx... .that's y I had to upgrade. the official OS won't be pushed to glo subscribers for a while and it socks using that old OS on a Z30... |

walcolm:thanks for your prompt answers. the issue with the sanchesi update method I'm having now is that my phone is an sdk model and it warns me not to download the common qc8960.factory or something like that model...is there a site I can get the sdk release of this OS? or I can just go ahead and install the one on crackberry.com? |

Guys please help me. Am using z10 with Glo BBCMONTH bis. Before I could download apps from amazon, 1mobile, aptoide etc with 3g but now the can't dowload with 3g but requires only WiFi. Even all the apk file that needs a data download rejects my 3g and are protesting for WiFi connection. Plus what is the problem and the solution. I run on 10.3.1. |

Guys pls help a brother, I upgrade my phone to 10.3.1...... os and since that day any app or media even pictures that I download will be wiped any time the phone is shut down or switch off. It will look like I re upgrade, everything will turn new. Pls any body with useful tips should help me. |

All my q10 devices i used back den wia frm dem and i nevdr had any single issue,but i know dos wbo brught frm slot and complained bitterly! So anyone with interest to buy a new q10 u can chk dem out,i went dia to buy a smasung phone and i saw the price,i was forced to buy one and i can tell u there has been no regrets |

Currently my Z10 Memory card slot can't read my card. Though the memory card works great on other devices. I have tried other cards but still same. What's the way forward guys? |

dazz661: Lies!!! Prolly u brought a fairly used phones!! Ii hav brought close to 8 brand new phones from them,ranging frm sony xperia sp,samsung androids,bb q5 ,now 2 q10s and lg g3 i never had a reason to go back and complain, No doubt affordables back in the day had dubious elements but ever since they rebranded,me personally i hv never had issues wf my phone frm affordables!! As long as ur phone us sealed in pack from blackberry,which was how i met my q10..na me break the seal Anyways am not here to do advert for affodables,ibam just trying to reach out to intending q10 buyers to giv it a shot before buying it at slot for 42k or other sellers who sell at that price, At least the same affordables sell the white for 38k |
