When Jesus carried that minus sign
of a single beam on his shoulders
to Calvary and it was put
crossways the wonder happened
– it created a plus, the logo of
God’s love and mercy, the symbol of salvation. The undefeated
power of love changed the cross
of gore into a cross of glory. God

I am not one of those that wear the cross or have it in my house. When I say the cross I am not just referring to a physical object but to what it represents and there is nothing wrong with that.
