There was a time in my life when I used to LOVE catfish, I could swear by it. Then all of a sudden, I just started hating it. Now, I can't for the life of me taste it.

ngozievergreen: Catfish on its own is tasteless. Even after spicing it up, its less tasty than common scumbia, savida and chizoba .
I have eaten it boiled, in-soup, fried, barbacued ,no way.......
you don't know catfish . It tastes so good esp.the dry one but there are two species of catfish. The oil one is sweeter

meat contains more protein than fish. Its just that fish has more polyunsaturated fatty acids than meat
