Napolitano: I'm not for amnesty for Boko haram but with the fact that FG is too docile and incompetent to fight them, I'm out of options.

Amnesty will not work, because BH's stated goal is to Islamize Nigeria and they don't want to be forgiven for what they see as religious duty. State Police and true federalism is the real solution to BH (and some other ills). State Police will force the complicit state govts to sit up, expose and confront their violent brothers and vanquish them.
