I did get the soft copy of the PE 2 result you sent. I do really appreciate and to GOD be the glory, I am now qualified.

All these tuition centers offering TCI lectures won't let my phone rest with congratulatory message and TCI timetable lectures, since result has been out, I have received more 20 SMSes.

And by the way, what is ICAN or this country turning into, I observed that only 349 candidates got qualified this May 2013 diet. This is one of the lowest number in years. Is it that people didn't register for exam or the failure rate is just that much. I have also heard rumors about ICAN trying to curtail the number of qualified candidates each diet. I don't think pass rate for PE 1 is up to 20% either. Am just curious tho. I thank GOD am through with ICAN exams all the same. I bless GOD.

The rumours are unfounded.

ICAN, as a professional body built on integrity, will never do such.

The whole exam process is a transparent one.


The pass rate for this PE 1 is less than 9%. Only 498 candidates made it to PE 2 out of 5730 candidates that sat for the exam.

senboy204: The result is online now A̶̲̥̅̊₪d̶̲̥̅̊ ȋ just realised that ICAN as change the mode of marking it script that why there is high failure rate especially pe 1 which am 1 of them now is before it was just for you to score 50% but now it you scoring 50% or above in each section(50% in objective A̶̲̥̅̊₪d̶̲̥̅̊ short answer A̶̲̥̅̊₪d̶̲̥̅̊ 50% in theory) pls anybody with a softcopy of any good ifrs materia should pls send it to senboy204@yahoo.com thanks guys
