is it just me or what, who is Tonto Dikeh is "he" a "politician"

There is a huge 'consumer appetite' for Tonto Dike, so I don't think she deserves to be on that list. Same goes for someone like Jim Iyke and Davido - much as we love to hate 'em. For Annie Idibia, she is essentially a celeb by association, and rightly so. The circumstances and nature of her association with the ultra-famous Tuface is such that entitles her to as much 'exposure' as she gets; which is also a matter of demand.

The truly 'overexposed' nonentities on that list are characters such as Toke Makinwa. No one knows her or gives a Bleep about her. She serves no purpose to anybody; her 'plain' looks make her even more useless to the public.. Same goes for Tee-Billz or whatever. Tiwa Savage's decision to waste money and time on a nobody should not entitle that nobody to the limelight, since he has nothing else to 'sell' to the public.
