Babakenny: Just applied for 2016 Edv lottery thru other country of eligibility. Hahahaha Visa Officer on another thread has already stated that they are looking out and checking for so called clever people trying this! Result will be a very long ban from USA. Not so clever then!  4 Likes |

worry359: Yes I qualified because I claimed my wife's country of birth. I have been married for over 5years. So I still strictly followed the rules and am 100% eligible to apply by claiming spouse's country of eligibility. 2 Likes |

worry359:Av gone tru da list myself, after listing all the countries NAIJA was boldly excluded, but it was concluded that that family sponsor and employnment based is been calculated yearly so countries excluded may later be chanced but i doubt naija because our people they enter u.s like market. |

Be doing this than sleeping then you are safe.Your journey at the end wouldn't be far from safe.When the flight is ready to board you proceed to the right gate,pass through security check.Do all that and enter your flight.Welcome to America and congrats though!
