The Ondo State Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Akure has struck out the petition of the Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN and its candidate, Rotimi Akeredolu challenging the election of Dr. Olusegun Mimiko as the governor of Ondo State in the October 20, 2012 governorship Election.
