Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by Monjay(m): 3:18pm On Apr 10, 2015 |
usr249: I reside in Nigeria. I didn't see it too but selected Express Entry - Addition of Dependant. The reason being that FSW was replaced with Express Entry. Although, the reaction of AVO is unknown at this time since I couriered the document today. |

blueQueen: Go to exams and record rm 39 in uniben to find out if they've got the mail if not then check at the registrars office RM 12. Probably they are yet to sort mails received. Though it take about two weeks for the mail to reach exams and records from the office of the registrar. Good luck |

Hello house, I have got some urgent questions I can't get a wrap off my mind. I applied for the FSW2014, i filled the form but kept it at unemployed as at the time of filling it though i applied for skill 2281, computer network tech. After i got my PER, i updated my wedding cert, on the cert i filled network and lan administrator under occupation, but what was filled was just administrator by the court registrer. I am currently working but because it is not in line with my career or skill code I have chosen not to inform CIC, because I am working self employed and the company is not registered. My wife was also requested to submit police report of all the countries she had stayed in the last 3years or so, since she was no longer in the UK, she could only provide that of Nigeria, hope we are safe? Advice needed ASAP pls. August applicant. |

kart042000: it is very important to provide PCC for countries resided in beyond 6 months pls follow the link below to process PCC for UK http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/europe/united-kingdom.asp |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by kart042000(m): 11:07am On Apr 11, 2015 |
benik:Thanks benik, I think i had an oversight because I provided only the nigerian PCC, and we were both in the UK for that duration of time. If she gets the PCC now, what link would we use to update the new PCC and do we have to include a cover letter? Or once we upload the scanned copy alone it should be ok. Please can you kindly shed more light on my other concerns. #solomonwis #damkollins #tola #godisdway and everyone... What month are they now in accra please? |

Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by technolee(m): 11:25am On Apr 11, 2015 |
unibadan:Common man. You need to first make a CSE to AVO and wait for instructions from them as cases are different and the documents required for update varies. All the best. |

kart042000: AVO will request for the outstanding PCC at MR stage. AVO is currently working on June applicants from the current trend. I don't seem to understand the part you filled as unemployed? you had the required work experience before applying and you were unemployed at the point of application? |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by kart042000(m): 12:12pm On Apr 11, 2015 |
benik: Had the required experience that matched my field in previous years but at the time of filling the form, my job description didn't match the field and i was self employed, and the company is not registered, so i filled currently unemployed. I hope you understand now? I would also like to know the environment in Canada that has the best opportunities for a computer network engineer and for a health psychologist to work, what are the requirements, does Canada have a registry body for them? |

Hello House, Please, on my initial Application, I choosed Fort McMurray ( ALBERTA) as city I intend to live, but have a rethink about it and now preferred Edmonton in same ALBERTA. I am due to submitted and updated IMM0008ENU because I have a new baby, which i want to add to my application, should I change ? Kindly advice |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by labiz001: 12:25pm On Apr 11, 2015 |
unibadan: @ Unibadan, you need to inform CIC of the new baby via CSE or send mail to accraimmigration@international.gc.ca find CSE link https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=accra Need to relax after the mail as it takes few weeks before response 1 Like |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by technolee(m): 1:06pm On Apr 11, 2015 |
unibadan:Affirmative. Without a CSE, you are wasting your time because whatever enquiry and information you give, they put in your file. Go send one ASAP please. Send mail to the addresses below; accra@international.gc.ca accra.immigration@international.gc.ca Use one of the addresses as the main receiver and the other as carbon copy. Peruse www.cic.gc.ca too to make the online CSE. That was what I did and I got instructions within 8hrs. 1 Like |

Meanwhile, 7th draw has taken place, with 469 being the cut-off score and 925 people I think, given ITA. That's an increase of 16 in the cut-off score compared to the last one at 453. Lots of reason are being speculated for the increase but we aren't so sure. Seem some people rejected ITAs, while it also seem some are entering the pool newly or some improving on their score by having their spouses do ECA and IELTS. According to information on this cic link - http://news.gc.ca/web/article-en.do?nid=961369&tp=930 , about 22,000 people are in the pool(it's a plus or minus not really exact), which is after the 6th draw, we still trying to figure if the cut-off score will drop to like 300 in future draws considering the number of people they want to bring to Canada this year(not sure but I've been seeing figures like 85,000; 185,000 which I think is inclusive of the normal usul allocations to the provinces for their respective PNP programmes ). However, many of the provinces given slots for EE PNP are yet to start giving theirs out so, it's not very known yet what the EE score will drop to. Wish all applicants good fortune in the programme in Jesus name. Meanwhile, the normal MPNP stream for 2015 will open April 30th. Those who are planning to apply (you can only qualify initially if you know someone in Manitoba who will sponsor you) may start getting their documents ready. There are slots for 5,000 applicants and I learnt all documents to be uploaded needs to be notarized. God bless us all 2 Likes |
