First appeal to your govt to let us manage our own resources because part of that "allocation" is our duly recognized revenue and resource. Rather than starting top to down, let's start with bottom to top. You cannot take what's ours, yet you don't want us to take the allocation due to us... nonsense.

The fastest way to break this marriage which is not working is to declare war and defeat Nigeria.
