It is time for our northern Nigerian brethren to stem this tide of violence and mayhem currently on-going in their region. The victims are mostly likely going to be your own people , especially wives and children with immense collateral damage and ruin to your cities, schools, businesses and overall infrastructure.

If you do not work in collaboration with us to stop this madness and flush out these miscreants, you will only provide the western powers with what they want, an excuse to invade northern Nigeria and occupy your precious land , just like the French did with Mali , the Americans did with Iraq and the Kenyans and Ethiopians with Somalia. Mark my word this could happen sooner rather than later.

Stop shooting yourselves in the foot, Nigeria as a whole will never, not now, not in a million years be a Sharia compliant country, more than half of the country do not want to live in a 6th century state of barbarism, we want to move forward and make progress for our children and generations yet unborn.

why don't we attribute all the killings in the world to the west, since the rest of us are dummies and cannot think or act on our own initiative.

They started off as a political group but have now turned religious with influence from Mali, Algeria, Chad etc, it's a known fact , check it out on the Internet.

They started out killing christians and southerners but as they consolidated they started killing Northerners that were not in support of their activities but the greater focus is still non Muslims. If a southerner and a northern muslim move to live in a village in yobe state the chances are the southerner would be killed almost immediately but the northern muslim would not be touched unless he is seen to be against the bad men.

I have to question your level of education, since my statement started with a call to the northerners to stem the tide of violence.

It is a known fact that Muslims are the No.1 recipients of these stupid Jihadists who are causing mayhem worldwide, the onus is therefore on them to curb this insanity not on others. The west will only use a call for their intervention to exploit the country further while pretending to help stop the violence.

I love the North having lived and schooled there for many years, my clarion call is therefore an act of Love to our brethren to preserve our country and heritage , while providing no excuse to the western powers to invade under the pretense of peace.

Further, it is true to say that while a majority of the North reject this violence , on the other hand they are sympathetic to the the cause of Sharia , hence the deafening silence from the majority of their leaders in this ongoing crisis.
