I hope the ongoing military campaign against the Islamists/ terrorists in the three
NE states will render them impotent.
What is the federal govt., security and intelligence agencies doing to corner the BH sponsors
both local and foreign- based. Without the sponsors, Boko Haram will be dead.
BH is likely sponsored by a group of individuals, organizations or foreign governments. The weapons they are
using and their training will likely run into hundreds of millions or billions of naira.
The federal govt., and its agencies should double down heavily on these sponsors and expose them.

Long live Nigeria!

Without a major sponsor or sponsors they will not be able to mount this level of insurgency.

The 'West' are the ultimate sponsors . . . .after all where are all their 'arms' coming from.

Western ammunition in both parties hands . . . . as usual.

they got their arms from the fall of Gadafi regime. Actualy many group had warned france about this when they were airdroping arms 4 rebel group to fight Gadafi but they seem to care about the fall of Gadafit than the repacution of their actions.
Russia, China, Southafrica and some other human right group warned that if they(NATO and France) drop weapon 4 rebel 4rm d sky the way they did it, it will fall into the hands of wrong people dt will use it to destabilise Africa particularlly West Africa, but they refused to listen and now we are all suffering 4rm it.

When you don't know the end-game of your enemy you will keep searching for phantom roots.
For the upteenth time their founder was trained in the terrorists camps of Afghanistan.
When he came to Nigeria he set up his own camp and named it "Afghanistan" - all while our FG was sleeping on duty.
Their fundamental objective is to create a narco-religious state like their mentors the Taliban-cum-al qaeda.
BH is primarily part of a dangerous global phenomenon, which takes on local colorations whereever it is allowed to take root. As the northern elite is finding out, these are mad dogs, that would gladly help you chew up your enemies and then have you for dessert. Stop looking looking for their sponsors - that network is way greater than Nigeria.

What GEJ should have done, and hopefully he is doing at this late date is to block their entry and exit in Nigeria, create a barrier against uninfected parts of Nigeria, corner them and pummel them to death. This is not a war you fight with knee-jerk reactions or that you declare victory a mere 72 hours after the beginning of a major assault. These are people committed to DYING and have modern training on how to take as many lives as possible before they meet death.
