Ehmm... OP.. its a disgusting behaviour to me.. but when I challenged my friend on this behaviour he replied that he is creating job opportunities for scavengers, road cleaners, n Lawma people(lagos) undecided

freechat: I think while some do it out of ignorance, others do it on purpose. Yes, on purpose. On a bus the other day, a guy threw some rubbish through the window. Overly agitated, my friend confronted him. Hear what the guy retorted: "Which one be your own naa. If i no throw-way am here, all those women wey dey sweep road no go see work do"
Wow same thing my guy told me... this mentality is really a cankerworm that has eaten deep in2 d fabric of d society
