Jonathan has to be commended because people of the South-East have been crying about this airport for so long and for the first time ever, it's been given maximun attention.

Maybe the posted pics didn't do enough justice to the subject matter, but what I see is an upgrade from F9 to E8...

That is NOT ''a picture of a foreign airport''. That is an architectural render - a drawing which served as the blueprint for the Enugu airport remodelling.
