Call payoneer,ask them if they can send your card via DHL and hear their charges for that.

What I want to use mine for is to open a paypal account. Liberty Reserve is gone, no option, than to order. how many days will it take before it'll arrive? I heard it takes about one month.

I just got mine on tuesday, though it was close to one and a half month before I got it and it was brought to my house free.

Let me put it this way:approval takes between 2-3 weeks but mostly three weeks these days.

Gone are those days far back 2009 when approval do take few days as I got mine approved say within 2 days when I applied then.

I'm sorry, there's no way you can use a Payoneer card to open a Paypal account without getting busted! Trust me. Why not go the way of 2CO?

I recently ordered & got my card within the arriving estimated date. I was much happy at the time.
