Please when will the 2014/2015 admission exercise commence?

Am seriously aspiring for this 2014/2015 PGS admissions. Plz, as a B.Sc holder (Sociology) wt 2^1 but have deficient in Maths (D7). Would i be given opportunity to study Medical Sociology (M.Sc) wt diz deficiency?

The price remains N15,500 for academic Masters programmes. The price is not directly displaced on the website. All the applicants need to do is to visit www.pgschool.ui.edu.ng and click on the application menu, then on the new application. Just ensure sure follow the instruction correctly. Generate invoice for the form and defray the invoice by paying the stipulated amount. This year application is not stressful as it was before. After payment you can then return to upload your docs and fill in other necessary info. No need to print any form, accept the transcript label. No need of taking any form to your referees, the referee forms link would be sent to them via electronic means after locking you application. All you need to do is to inform them to that effect. That is all I have to say, I use to contribute to this thread before but time is no longer on my side. 7am to 7pm lectures is taking my time.

Hmm...you must run a PGD before proceeding to masters as long as 3rd class is concerned.

Its hard for even people with 2.2 to gain admission for M.Sc despite being eligible,because candidates with 1st class and second class upper are considered 1st.

Thanks for the info. i have few questions and i would be delighted if more light can be shed in the following areas:

1. M.Sc in telecommunications (electrical and electronic engineering).

2. Aside from the english proficiency test, would there be departmental qualifying entrance exam?

3. i am not to cleared about the letters of recommendation/forms.

that page is ur invioce, print it and proceed to any of the banks contained in it to make payment- after which u'll get scratch cards

maybe you are on a wrong web brower. use the internet browser.

also try copying the page into a flash drive & go else where to print it out

i used the internet explorer and was able to print out the invoice bill.

the right link is the one quoted in their official website.

please follow the steps/instruction as laid down on UI PG offical website.

The departmental test depends on ur dept, some do some don't. The only past question u can get is the proficiency test

Some depts do while others don't. Past questions, no but practising questions were given on the test of Proficiency in English but I have lost mine
