It is meant for only undergraduates and yes a year 1 student can apply.

@ Kcmik I dont know how many students they awardd in a state, @ tim2cute it is only when you have been shortlisted that you will have something to print out

I have not received any message but for those who have please did u use your jamb admission letter, was your jamb result the 1 dat had ur photograqh? And was any of your document coloured?....i often get the impression that those were d reason i wasn't shortlisted.
Please am asking these questions so as to make minimal or no flaws in my next application...(you can also share any other useful hint of a scholarship applicatn pls)

Guy,try logging in to the NLNG portal with ur username n password,then view ur application status,click 'print photocard' n it's an error result I dey encounter here sha.Pls,someone with a PC should try using PC may be...feed me back.
