ChrisVic always find a way to Bleep up. Bad customers care, fixed exchange rate of 175usd, expensive shipping costs. I'm so happy more competition is springing up. Maybe we can get better value for our money.

I bought a mini laptop through ebay on 23rd June, 2014. After much stories and uncessant delay my item got to Nigeria and was finally picked up on friday 7th August. I Stay outside Lagos so the pick up was done by my brother who stays in lagos. I just received the item a few hours ago and it is in good condition, but there is no chager with the system but the seller sold the item with a charger. secondly, I was charged $30 on the gound that the item is 2kg BUT i just weighed the item right now on my scale only to disover that the item i weighs only 1KG.

My complaint is "how did my chager got missing, and why was I charged for a kg that my goods didnt amount to. Even after i have waited so long to take delivery of my goods, instead of a dicount i was overbilled. I demand an explanation here.

We no longer ship things from Nigeria to China because the receiving day cannot be guarantee. Sometimes it takes only two days while sometimes it might take up to a month.

drop the ebay item number, let us check. for your info, cvm is cheap compare to others shipping agent. mini laptops is charged @ $50 flat rate, laptop @$60 - $70 flat rate. if not d delay and missing charger, i would have thump for them. cvm try and work on ur service.

what is the total cost of shipping a 20 ft container from China that will be loaded with A4 papers. I mean clearing in Nigeria inclusive?

Here is my recent encounter with cvm which was so horrible, I placed an order of an ipad mini, an ipad mini protective cover and a bluetooth earpiece on 16th of june on amazon after a month and many ignored calls and emails they finally answered my call and said my package was in lagos I imediately called ifeanyi but he said the package was yet to arrive after a week it still hadn't arrived I was really angry what was the lie for? When the package finally got to ifeanyi after like 2weeks it took him another 1week to ship of to Abia even after asking for 3k shipping fee from lagos to abia.. When the package got to me an item was missing.. My experience was just horrible. So horrible waited a whole 2months for normal shipping. Horrible!!

CVM could be better if they had a very good customer service. That's the only problem i have with them .Victor, Elena, Ifeanyi, the live chat person and even the emails i send sometimes i dont get a reply. These guys dont just reply your messages or pick your calls. Dont even want to talk about their fixed exchange rate. please you guys should improve.

After reading all the responses here with most of them being negative i still decided to do business with you and as it i am not impressed at al. I have sent you several mails and yet i havent gotten a concrete reply. I am a first time importer and it is quite frustrating . You received my goods as evident in the waybill on Friday the 16th and you are yet to acknowledge receipt and ship to Nigeria . i gave you the whole weekend hoping it would be resolved but you havent said anything . There is an issue with your order. You purchased your item by yourself and in your order you didn't enter the link of the product. We don't do magic to know that the product belong to you. On many occassions, supplier don't write username on as the receiver of the product which makes it even more difficult. How can we know that a product belong to you if your supplier didn't write your username on the parcel or you didn't enter the link of the product in the order. It makes our job more difficult.

You mentioned that we confirmed that we confirm receiving of the product on 16th, please can you give us how you get the information? If you are on Whatsapp, please contact Victor through Whatsapp on +8615021388040 and give your shipping company and tracking number your supplier use. If you can provide this information before 30minutes today, your goods might be among the goods leaving China today.

Unfortunately i am just seeing your reply , however i received a mail asking for the tracking number and the signed waybill. If a proper follow up was done the trail of mails between me and yourselves shows that i have repeatedly sent you the information.

The message above is a copy of the mail i received from you telling me that the goods has been signed for on the 18th and uptil the 25th you are still asking for the tracking number. Poor service i must say.

When a product is sign, it doesn't mean that we know the owner. It means that we have receive it. On your case, we were able to know that it belongs to you because you mention the content on this thread and we have to run the database. The supplier wrote your first and last name but not your username. Please next time ask them to write your username and also when placing order, include the links.

I placed order for two power bank since August 26th and the current status of the order shows that it has been received in your China office. I was promised that it will be sent out on wednesday but up till now no shipment update. I have sent up to three mails to this effect without any reply.
