That is, if a customer wants to use normal shipping and his or her product contains no battery, we will send it separate which means that the customer is sure of receiving the product between 7-10days and if there is any delay, the customer is sure that it won't be more than 14days.

The issue with sending battery item through Express is that you cannot even guarantee if it will go or not let alone giving a date. Custom officers might even collect it during checkin. That is one of the main reason we avoid it. It causes more stress and it is even worst if they collect it during checkin
