I don't know about Nigeria, But in the UK some people join the army for upto 4 years to get an indefinate Settlement Visa... I think if you are legally in the country with an intent of becoming a citizen then you should be allowed to serve in the army.

Nothing is impossible, so it possible for Non Nigeria to join Nigeria army as far u follow the rules and regulations

All you need do is become a naturalized citizen of any Nigerian state,then apply through the state.

@ op, my classmate in secondary school who hails from Kumasi Ghana but was born and brought up in nija is a naval personnel. It is possible for somebody like camerounianpride to be absorbed into the army since he has spent almost 20years in nija.

We av not gotten there . We re not America,and such not ripe for it . Many strong youths are willing to join but av not been opportuned to . Tnx for trying to help us

it is only possible after u ve acquired Nigerian's citizenship: either by naturization or by registration, and that is only possible if u have lived up to 10 yrs.

Is posible to bcome a nigerian citizen after 10yrs. It is also posible to pik the army recruitment form but it is imposible to be enlisted into nigeria army. but with God all things are posible.
