It's a silly opinion, but she's entitled to it. I suggest that you and other writers forge ahead with this story. That's one negative opinion out of numerous opinions which have been mostly positive. I'd hope that such a comment hasn't rendered public support and positivity unimportant. Otherwise, it may be my turn to take offense.
