Foremost entrepreneur and Group Managing Director of Energy Group Conglomerate, Dr Jimoh Ibrahim, OFR, has lambasted a section of the social media that has been circulating baseless and unfounded rumours about him.

He has therefore challenged those involved to come out in the open if they are ready to withstand the legal consequences of their actions. Ibrahim, in a press statement issued yesterday, said his attention has been drawn to false information circulating on the internet about Air Nigeria .

Ibrahim said he bought Air Nigeria with his own money and it is left for him to do what he likes with it; saying it is not a crime to sell his shares or stop it from operations. He added that he had no apologies for those shedding crocodile tears.

Ibrahim, who noted that he had not acquired up to 50 per cent of assets held by Bill Gates said the world still owes him a lot of assets to acquire and advised the general public to disregard such fake allegations that are being sponsored by businessmen who cannot withstand competition.
