The 2015 general elections will not be about who wins the presidential election, but will be about the continued existence of Nigeria as a nation, the national publicity secretary of the Action Congress of Nigeria (A CN), Alh. Lai Mohammed has said.

Mohammed who is also the Interim National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressive Congress (APC), told newsmen in his Oro country home, Kwara state yesterday that the political situation in the country is creating a challenge of how the county could sustain its corporate entity after the 2015 election.

He spoke with newsmen shortly after the 7th Annual Lai Mohammed Ramadan Lecture held in the town.

Mohammed also disclosed that the yet to be registered APC would not only field candidates for all elective offices in the 2015 elections but would win majority of seats in all the elections.

He added, “the 2015 elections will not be about one party replacing the other or about one president being replaced with another. 2015 elections will determine whether Nigeria will continue to stay as one country. It will be about how we avert another imminent civil war again, that is why the leaders of APC must be able to make the ultimate sacrifice to rescue Nigeria.

What's this lying prophet of doom talking about. For your information, Mr Liar Muhammed, nothing is going to happen. 2015 will come and pass like every other election year with Goodluck Ebele Jonathan carrying the day.

In a breathe (figuratively), 2015 Presidential election will be about the continued existence of Nigeria as a nation, in another breathe, APC would win majority of seats in all the elections ...

At the risk of sounding like an alarmist, Is Lai Muhammed subtly beating the gong for war if PDP win the Presidential election come 2015

Exactly my thought, its like a subtle message to their rabid and radical supporters saying "Get ready to unleash hell if the PDP carries the day irrespective of the legal status of the poll outcome.

2015 will come and go and noting is gonna happen. All the people planing to ferment and make the country ungovernable beyond 2015 should be rounded up prior to the elections. GEJ better sit up and not allow opposition make this nation ungovernable beyond 2015. We are still battling with the Boko monster they unleashed on the nation.

They are still hungry for more blood. They are not satisfied with those of innocent corps members and church members they have killed so far.

Self-Styled Ethnic Champions, Clannish dolts and Political Jobbers are already on the prowl whipping up toxic embers of hate in the entire country. An Intolerable Nuisance(Dokubo), Bamanga Tukur and some sectional groups are already threatening war ahead of 2015 polls.

According to Pastor Tunde Bakare, GEJ's destiny is to balkanise Nigeria.

If it were Asari Dokubo, Nairaland and the entire internet would have gone on rampage blaming President , but with Liar Mohammed-everyone is cool with it.

He is right anyway, they're already making it clear that WHEN Jonathan wins in 2015, there would be war! This is not making the country ungovernable anymore but outright WAR!

But let it be known to them and whoever that cares to know that Nigeria will not remain the same if Jonathan does not remain til 2019. Even at that, things won't be the same in 2019-structurally and the way things are runned in this country.

Nigeria as the BUSINESS EMPIRE of wickedness is about to crumble, certain people should be scared-very scared!

We have whethered thro tougher challenges in d past unscratched. 2015 will come and go and nothing will happen, but that is not to say that, irregularies, malpractices which is synonimous with pdp will not be met with stifer opposition. We all know what pdp is capable of, because events of d past few months has clearly indicate it is a party that is desperate to hold on to power not minding who get hurt. They have proven time again to be a dangerious party. The systematic break down of order, the random hit of d polity, the dishonesty of d executive, unabated corruption, failure to fulfilled electoral promises are catalyst if not properly managed and address could lead to major unrest and subsequently, may prompt d military to take over. The sustainability of our democracy rest on all parties to engage d rules of fair play in the coming election void of rancour and blackmail.

I wonder how dull of hearing some commenters here are...Lai Moh'd only echoed d obvious

Spinners and disc jockeys of a harmless statement have suddenly turned the intention of Lai Moh'd around

We obviously kno d party that is desperate to retain power at all cost despite their glaring failure in performance,we sure know d group of people whose members and loyalists have threatened to make Nigeria ungovernable if GEJ/SS is not allowed to complete his 'God ordained 2nd term irrespective of whether he performs or not

APC is sure not a desperate party like the one that is making life unbearable for Amaechi who they alleged to be nursing an ambition to be a VP against his 'blood brother' and d party whose 'First lady' referred to non-Rivers Nigerians as outsiders

Spin all you may...Jonathan's 2nd term ambition is sure a dangerous expedition for this country owing to the fact that he knows it will be very difficult for him to have a smooth sail not with his supporters calling the yorubas Boko Haram supporters owing to ACN's alliance with CPC.

I hope all of you who have denigrated, cursed, insulted and abused every region or tribe because of their opposition of GEJ clueless administration will have the locus standi to go there to canvass for vote when the time comes either with AK 47 in your hands or would resort to massive and scientific rigging like you have always done because the road looks so tough for you

Post election violence in 2015 will be morethan that of 2011 for sure, not only in the northern part but also in SW. Which may engulf the whole country I.e if GEJ win and vice-visa SE-SS if jona lose.
But if jona lose the violence will not be much because IBO will be the first to congratulate the his opponent. They just they follow nigeria like TIWTER

I can't wait to see massive weeping and gnashing of teeth when GEJ cruises to his second term jejely till 2019.
Bunch of haters.
If they don't like it, we shall dust up Nigeria's amalgamation charter.
We know how Nigeria was before 1914, and it will all happen exactly 100 years since founding.
But I bet you these whiners will simply tuck their tails between their legs and go sit somewhere quietly licking their wounds after the next "whooping" at the polls. lmao.
