It is totally ignominious and failed to speak well of Nigeria which should be a role model of modest civilisation. That's if a girl of 17 decide to marry for one reason or another, she can't. Beside, the section didn't say that every gal must marry before 18yrs but who ever is willing should go ahead whch is true right |
