you can't really clear or delete the "others" storage. Though there is this folder in document called debug, you can delete whatever is inside. Try looking for files that isn't among the common file types(videos, pictures,etc), it's these files that makes up "other". That others and system(you may not have noticed, but it keeps increasing) is still a prob. Hope they fix it in Windows 10

Just get a capable repairer.
My volume up button is bad too, will repair it soon.

no,I never tried iPhone but have operated it because my younger sis have iPhone 6,let me disappoint u*there is absolutely nothing special about the phone* just it physical metallic body.

I'll advice you try firmware upgrade, its the same thing as factory reset.

there's one system app: Nokia software recovery tool (I don't know how it works, google it)

The opera mini update has frustrated me totally.
The old one just had to disappoint me and crash. Was left with no choice but to download the new app.
I swear opera messed up totally.
I guess it's only WP they can commit this sacrilege to.
That app shouldn't have been released for any reason.

Now the Sub I use in this phone is the opera mini Airtel plan. My plan is useless!

This is the most disappointing experience I have ever faced on this platform.
I'm so mad!
Can they even ever dare release this nonsense on Android or iPhone?

Guys, I need help. After updating my Lumia 535 dual sim, it stopped recognizing the second sim. I did a reset, it started recognizing both sims only to do a restart and stopped recognizing both sims. I need assistance. Thanks

Go to network+ under settings and turn off Use only 3G then restart the phone. Simple.

After downloading the denim update for my 630 it refused to install telling me something I don't even understand...tried reinstalling it told me the same error msg..now it has gone back to the beginning for me to redownload the update again
