The Defence Counsel in a case of alleged forgery, Femi Falana, on Tuesday in Abuja moved a motion to compel an FCT High Court to adjourn the case indefinitely. In the motion in the case between Tony Amokeodo, Chibuzor Ukaibe, Leadership Newspaper and the Federal Government, Mr. Falana said the application was anchored on Section 36 of the Nigerian constitution which deals with the rights of an accused to fair hearing.
