Please help me. MTN is deducting #100 anytime I recharged my phone. On the pretence that I subscribed to MTN Music plus. I have texted STOP to 5900 but the deduction is not stopped. Immediately I recharged the deduction will done. Please I don't need such services. Thanks. My mobile number is 08069039979 |

Hello Jide, pls remove my number 08036747856 from an unsolicited SMS sending plan,which usually deduct 10 naira up to 2 or 3 times daily for sending SMS I know nothing about. |

Pls Jide, unsuscribe my mtn sim card from unwanted motivational messages that deducts 100 naira from my account each time I load such airtime. I never for once requested for such services on my phone. I'm tired being charged for what I didn't do. Pls my no. is 0703307**** Thanks for ur help |

Jide, i sent 100airtime from my mtn 08066864144 to ma 2nd mtn 09032027002 on the 6th of this nov. The airtime got deducted buh wasn't credited to the other numba. Av talked to customer care, they said after 24hrs the airtime will be refunded till naw nothing.. M tired of calling nd complaining.. Now am 100% sure that MTN IS A THIEF. |

Hello JideSM, I have not been able to use the internet on my phone. Even when I switch from EDGE to 3G it does not make any difference. This is the third week and it is still not working. I called Customer Care and I was told my line had no issues and it will be refreshed. I was also told to send DATA ON to 131, RESET to 131 etc.. Till this moment I can not browse. Please what else can I do? |

Hello Jide, pls unsubscribe this line from relationship tips...... I had sent SMS "STOP REL" to 33334 according to how to unsubscribe from the tips sent to me by the same MTN, times without number, yet nothing was done. My money was deducted anyhow! The line is 08062941583. Thank u in advance.

Jide, i sent 400airtime twice using sharensell from my mtn 08067479619 to ma friends mtn 07063341099 today,10th nov. The airtime got deducted twice from my own line buh wasn't credited to the other numba. |
