MTN services have been very poor lately, can't browse fast on pc not talk of phone.

Worst still, can't subscribe to the MTN 1GB for 24 hours with #150 any more.....keep on receiving reply like

Good morning to your @jide,pls i ll be happy if you can help me to work on 0813 965 4238. The problem started on Sunday & it also repeated itself yesterday... JUST 4 U problems(i paid #100 and they give #300 for 7days ) , i have more than #150 on Sunday and #191 yesterday but they both varnished without any notice.. Please help me, thanks.

Yello, Please dial *131*6*5# to expire your blackberry bundle. Once you expire the plan, it wont auto-renew.

I really dont understand the sort of scam by MTN.
Yesterday, i received a message that I have received free 7 days BIS subscription which will expire 11 march. (I guess it was a compensation for the premature stoppage of my BIS weeks earlier). I quickly dialled *466*2# to turn off my data cos i dnt want a situation where they will drain my airtime and proceded to use my supposed bis only to discover after few minutes that my balance of about #600 have been wiped out. And even the supposed reconnected subscription doesnt connect to the internet.

Honestly, i am getting tired of all these mess. Dont have the time for all this data/airtime fuss thats why i ignored all the iphones and android frenzy and stuck to my BB.

Mr Jide. please where are you? I cannot just use my sim card on my BlackBerry without loosing airtime despite I have an active subscription. this is getting frustrating. Please if you have anything to do with this, kindly undo whatever you had done on my line. customer care on 180 dont have an idea whats going on

You can visit 16 ogunisi road ojodu berger , lagos for the SIM retrieval

The 2H plan does not affect other plans, if you have a data plan, you can simply power off and on and the new plan would take over but if an SME plan also do the same thing, try to browse and send feedback.

The code to check your MTN Music+ balance is *559*2#. There are different plans and not all give 150MB some are 30MB while others are 50MB
