I had an issue which i complained the other day about MTN deducting my N20 whenever dat i recharge. It happened again, i recharged N100 yesterday evening without making any call or sms till this morning and after checking my balance this morning i discovered dat my N20 is gone. Pls i dont wanna get fadeup with my MTN line cos i still cherish my MTN...08060442639

I am sorry you have this issue. The bonus is not used for any subscription, but for PAYGO browsing, calls and SMS.

No SMS gets sent, but #50 gets deducted anything there is a recharge, can you check if there is any other sub that i don't seem to see?

the only sub visible is the Chelsea FC sub and there is no way to unsub.

am just tired of mtn. whenever i just try to make use of my phone they just pop messages for me. i no know if na by force to subscribe. please help me idont want to recieve any message from mtn services again make i no usr vex burn thier substation.

Mtn always deduct #5 from my airtime everyday for Facebook update which I didn't subscribe for, and I've not been able to deactivate it. Can you help me deactivate it, because they have been deducting it for over 6months. My number is 08034083516. Thanks
