Goodmorning Mr Jide, first of all i commend your efforts on this thread, God will bless you richly! I have been receiving foreign news from 33070 and 50naira deducted from my account, what startled me was the fact that i never requested for such, please how do i opt out öf this, i have texted so many NOs yet to no avail......please help me, thanks for your concern!

tjmc: there is this problem i am always having with MTN.
Each time i load airtime on my line, within 10 to 20 minutes 50 naira wud be deducted and wen i call their customer care they tell me i am subscribed to a package which i can swear to i never subscribe and each time money keeps going out of my line. the xonplain might be long if i write all here. but i have made my decision to stop loading my mtn and buy glo instead. untill the criminal MTN improves dey wont eat ma money again

The number has not been registered. Please visit the nearest MTN Walk-In Center to register the line.

Heavensake: mtn, d data bonus and extra data, how long does it last b4 expiration.

The bonus on recharge expires 7 days.
The bonus on Data bundle purchased has the same expiry as the Databundle.

1. What is your most recent data plan that is economically suitable for android users?
2. Why is there no special plan yet for android bbm users? as in bis.
3. unexplanable deduction of my airtime in the name of caller tunez. I only subscribed for a caller tunez which is suppose to last for a month on 08061380889 but sometimes deduction is being made weekly and on my 2 sims. other sim 07063580147. what is happening mtn...I need an explanation plz. MichChelsea: Pls I need your help, I subscribed for d mtn 500mb plan on d 19th of dec, but ever since then av nt been able to browse (dis issue started after I exhausted a 2H plan I bought earlier). I've called d cc like a hundred times n also been to their office twice, they've still not been able 2 resolve d issue. Recently, d sim started opening facebook but no oda website is opening. Pls help me, my numba is 08130600179. Thanks in anticipatn.

Nothing has yet been done to resolve this issue pls.

Please help me deactivate mtn 5mb per 5naira per 1day plan each time i dial *406*1# they will reply saying you have already opted in for this service but they don't give me any megabytes instead my credit is deducted and when i dial *406*2# to option out i get another message saying saying you have ALREADY opted out of this service when i never got anything,pls my credit is almost finished deactivate as soon as possible 08147133*** 08169155***

I have tried the automatic settings but it didn't work. i was sent an sms by customer care for the manual settings but it is still not working. I have been advised to take it to their office just that i might not have the time soon. Thanks
