Hi Profizzy, i think it's better to subscribe to a data bundle plan in order to monitor/track your data usage. You are billed 5k/kb for PAYG data which depends on content of the site/app. Regards

i have done so but the indicator for edge or 3g wont even come up. i got the settings from mtn 180 on twitter.

Hi, i need to reset my subscription as I have exhausted the data on the 3GB nite plan I subscribed to. Sending RESET to 131 always gives me an invalid code notice. Spoke to four different customer care reps yesterday to no avail. The subscription is still yet to be cancelled! It's really frustrating that MTN does not have a simple code with which to reset data. What can you do to help? My number is 09032463543. Thanks.

Pls kindly help me with recharge issue i had using the GTB top up. 2000 naira was deducted from my gtb account after dialling it twice with MTN telling me the transaction failed and i should try again. I called your customer care and they informed me to lodge the complaint with my bank but the truth is the money has already been credited to MTN account. How can MTN not load me my credit? This is rather unreasonable. My number is 08033504632...any help ASAP will go a long way in alleviating my suffering here cos i can't even go online because of this delay by MTN..Thanks.
