MsBella:
Hello JideSM,

I am on MTN Zone plan. Previously, I have been charged at different call rates per kobo and I have not had any problem with this.

But for over a month, I have been charge 40k per second for every single call I make! How can this be rectified because I am being overcharged for reasons best known to the service provider.

Your attention is needed and your help will be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi MsBella, apologies for the inconvenience. Some customers on MTN Zone tariff plan are not receiving discounts on calls. The issue is receiving attention. Regards

Y'ello Nairalanders,

We are using this thread as another channel to help, listen and learn from existing and potential MTN subscribers. Do not hesitate to send your inquiries, complaints and suggestions here, JideSM and I will do our best to make sure you get satisfactory response.

Welcome to the new World!

Good day, I am a customer of MTN, and I am writing to inform you about the illegal removal of N15 several times from my call credit, the first removal was around 2:15 and I informed the customer care agent on twitter immediately, all they told me was to hold on that they are working on it. Since then, it has been removed five more times making a total of N90. There have been times in the past when they deduct my call credit but when i inform them, they return it and apologise even though they always fail to provide a reason. It's been over 32 hours now and they have done nothing about it even tho I keep pestering them. I'm frustrated already and I can imagine the number of illiterate or unsuspecting customers this is happening to, that's why I'm writing you, and I'll appreciate it if you acknowledge this. Thanks

Sorry about this. The smartphone bundle works this way: the 1.5GB works only during the day while the main 3GB works at night(9PM to 6AM daily). When you exhaust the 1.5GB, you'll be left with just the 3GB which is only accessible as from 9PM and this is what happened in your case. Thanks.
