many ignorants ane illiterate wont believe dis because of their conservatives.it is sometyms ago dat i dnt like drinking it wen wr are kid,elder ppu will say it will make us dull until i discover day the water is good in many ways even those elders that tell us not to drink it can drink more than 5 litres of it.The coconut water is of mamy useful to health,it is used as cosmetics and apart 4rm health,its useful in many other things.God really blessed the coconut tree like palm tree,there is nothing 4rm those trees that wasted.
