The Secretariat writes to encourage all awardees who have MET third tranche milestones to trigger for a visit by your Monitor within the trigger window.
The second batch of the Tranche 2 is currently being paid by the banks and  the third batch is being processed. We apologize for the unprecedented delay but we assure you that we are working round the clock to ensure you receive your funds duly.
Awardees that are yet to be visited for second tranche should trigger if they have met the set milestones.
As you aware, no awardee should give or extend any sort of gratification to any monitor or secretariat staff in whatever guise.
