I stay @Egbeda,Lagos... When I re scan my decoder, it actually gave 29 channels instead of †ђe previous 19 channels. Though, I wouldn't say †ђe problem has fully being rectified coz some stations re still missing out, maybe yall can re scan yours as well

you are actually right, its give 29 channels, fair than previous 19 but you have to scanned it first for those still having problem. Don't know how long this people will compensate us

Rescan ke? I got only four channels after the rescan, no more subscriptions untill the problem is resolved.

rescan to get it complete if it doesn't work? Then goto menu and press reset. Your channels will be back if your antennae is in the right direction.

NEROSKY: Have you noticed that almost 16 channels are missing and no official explanation for this? I'm really angry because most of the channels i need are not available i.e sound city, ajezera, bbc, etc..
Any official complaint site or forum Multi-choice are really taking us for granted...

besides, i did a rescan an reset, i got 88 channels, mostly the channels are from Startimes. But out of that 88 channels
15 are showing, 1 from startimes and others from from DSTV... The most excruciating path is that soundcity is not in my 88 channel list, i.e even if they happen to restore all channels, i won't be able to view em... why Note: My antenna signal strength is 76 to 81%

I went to their office yesterday and they rectified it. But then, at around 11pm last night it happened again. I'm too busy to go to their office again and I'm stuck with two lousy channels I don't watch!

Rescan or reset till your channels are back and complete.
