Madonna's bizarre fashion comprises 24 diamonds and an open-tooth design that shows her real teeth underneath.

She was recently spotted showing off her new teeth at the annual Festival de Musique de Menton – a celebration of classical music with performances from a range of global artists and symphony orchestras, held close to the French-Italian border.
