lolz keep applying no wahala. they are just recruiting agency for companies. they get the advert publish and you apply. They send your applications to the respective companies and get their cut from the company for getting your profile. They also make money from candidates who subscribes from their sites as well to be getting jobs alerts.

This is the best I know about Jman.

I doubt they are real. I noticed that since I created a profile on their site I started receiving invite from the likes of GNLD which makes me suspect that they likely don't screen employers before advertising on their behave. Sometimes in a week I receive up to 5 different invites and when I Google it or search the company name on NL it would be fakes. Well, this is just my own experience.
Lets wait maybe we will see someone who has secured a job through jobberman.

Registered as a recruitment agency. ^^^

Jobberman will not get a job for you, they'll only provide a link between the employer and applicants. Let's even go back to the pre-JM era; when you sent thousands of applications and no one called you, was your email provider to blame

I think you should apply to the right jobs - the ones that meet your skills and experience...dazall! Remember you're not only competing against unemployed colleagues, you're also doing so with some employees who want to switch jobs. If the prospective employers have an interest in you, they'll call you but don't dull yourself into thinking REAL employers don't employ JM in recruitment exercises.

Lastly, some widely advertised jobs (e.g. Guardian etc) are also available on JM hence you'd find yourself seeing some jobs everyone is probably aware of, the only difference being that JM provides the template to apply - you'll not need to compose a mail etc

Jobberman...com is on NL, let them 'defend' themselves:

Your topic isn't new neither are they themselves new to controversies.

@Mustay, no one of us can vouch for all dis job sites and hw they operate, buh personally I can say jobberman is real, cos I attended a three day workshop organised by the special adviser to the president on job creation and jobberman in Abuja on CV writing. Jobberman yes cannot get u the job, but they only bring the info. For u to reach easily and u also can subscribe to them for timely vacancies available and the full info.even Nairaland is not a sure way to get jobs buh it gives room for information sharing and information dey say is life. So all nigeria jobs sites are not 100% guaranteed, sometimes job adverts are even recycled in nairaland making it impossible to knw wch info. Is correct or wrong. My prayer to all is may we get the right job at the right time! Ameen!

^^^True. I actually sent them messages concerning that but they never replied. Do they take time to verify all jobs advertised? I do know they 'adopt' some publicly advertised jobs but even Guardian for example places a caveat as regards jobs advertised on their paper.

I can authorativley tell you that Jm is real and like other people have said...JM role is to bridge the gap btw the employee and the employer. For your info, I register with them in 2012 with 1k ... I got invitation for interview for about 4 openings of which I was able to secure one of them and that is present job now! By and large... JM is real in getting you the info about openings
