We've had a word with the head of the Catholic school and they've agreed to defer her admission pending when a full-time place becomes available. So that solves the initial worry about her losing her spot at that school. So for now, she remains where she is - at the private nursery.

All this worrying sha...it is well with our kids.

By the way I have a concern
Got a person in a DV case, I suspect spouse has mental issues. Its really stressing me out. Just endless it seems
Been pushing for her financial independence, she finally gets a great temp job and spouse has done all sorts so she cant work(including scuttling her childminding options)
Now she's left with finding other options
As much as I want her to leave but without finance she does not have options
But staying in this job that has possibility of perm role is just dragging up drama

^ Does she have family who can take care of the kids for her? An aunt or her mum? As you said she needs to keep that job, it's a start. Where is she? She may be able to reach out to charities dedicated to this sort of thing

No immediate relatives and mum is not that strong(her issues affect the mum's health too) not in the country.

I dont even how she can leave with the kids, the spouse is a case

If you know charities I'd appreciate the names

Cos DV hotline in her area are crap, when she finally called Popo no better follow since then angry

@ salsera, if UK based she needs to follow up strongly with popo and child protection agency as well as the YWCA. Between those two orgs, they will provide her with some support. Edwife's suggestion of women's aid is also a good lead.

I also saw the white and gold, but now everytime I refresh I see (bluish) lilac and brown.

I just asked all my sons and the see blue and gold / dull brown.
