Those magnificent edifices on your chest are they for you alone or you came with the entire family's property to NL?

The poem is a good piece,enabling the reader to delve into the mind of the poet-persona, without one having to decode what each line means. It is also not devoid of the basic elements of poetry: Content,Form and Effect. Whoever wrote this should be commended because this poem presents a courageous departure from the conventional method of writing poetry as seen in the award-winning poem,Bad Man of The Guest Professor. I think I am going to pen a poem-reply to the poet.

@ Lorretta, for whatever it's worth, even if this piece wouldn't make you a Laureate, it snagged a literary brick wall that I've been up against. No one was born a master of the game. It's like a treadmill, no matter how fast you are on it, you never get to the end; u only get stronger and more fit. Keep trying; that's what the best ones always do
