They said I should print via the ''pay4me'' icon not the ''designated bank'' icon. Do I have to apply again to do this because I didn't see on the website where I can make the print out

hello all, for those who went to the bank, were your bank slips taken away from you? I need to know because after applying with my phone and viewing the slip,I no longer was able to view it the second time but I was able to munch it.

Are u sure? Cos when i paid in d bank @xactly 8.40am, I printed my acknowlegmnt slip an hour after paymnt without hassles.

I've been to all the banks in Oyo town twice but I was told that they're experiencing problem with the site. I also tried the mastercard option but its requesting for an activation number which i dont have.

Is the problem nationwide or peculiar to Oyo? Pls help

When u get to the website, check for edit application and click. From there u will proceed to pay$ment. U don't have to start afresh.

For those having issues printing their acknowledgement slips... just be patient cos i waited for over 10 days before i was able to print mine this morning..cheers

Have u mailed them ? (ie)support @pay4me.com. I see no reason u will keep complaining if u've laid ur complaint 2 dem. Make sure u attach ur applicatn,validatn & transactn numbs while mailing dem.
