(I say "maybe" because ancient architecture was pretty solid, the suez canal is worthy of its status as a construction wonder, egyptian works generally, fantastic stuff amongst other notable examples around the world.

The technology has been there all along. The structure was built of precast structurals members, meanin dat everytin was cast either on-site or elsewhere and jus assembled. And dis system of construction has a high structural integrity...so mk una no fear....

Thrz nothn surprising abt ths building...stop cmparing that wt naija buildings that are stil built wt concrete n blocks...thats steel framed building with glass cladding...all materials are factory made, fixed on site and hoisted up into place..it can be done anywhere not only in china...

but the buildings are made up of irons and not sand, so i think it will last small

The 15 days completion cannot be totally compared fairly to the time it takes to complete conventional buildings, since time and effort was put into fabricating the component parts. If that time is accounted for, we may be looking at something closer to 4 months, though it is still much faster than a conventional building of similar height and size.

Did any of you even watch that video at all?

That building is a Prefabricated modular building; which means it was built in a factory and then assembled on site(within 15 days).

There's nothing so fantastic about that even construction companies in naija use the same technology sometimes. And for those that think that the building isn't safe. It's times safer than that your house built with Dangote "shit"ment.

There are newer technologies coming out everyday that makes building houses faster and cheaper.

This year they launched manned rocket to space and it returned safely to earth. the building is prefabricated slabs that are brought to the site and the engineers with the latest and sophisticated tools and the building plan drawings assemble the building.
