Having observed atheist especially on nairaland. I have noticed they tend to be angered over certain words.

This thread is aimed at outlining such "provocative words" in view of avoiding them so as to enable peaceful cohabitation here on and outside nairaland

However you put it, atheist hate this statement. Just put your self in their position. You try to live a moral life and someone tells you , if you dont aggree with him, your morality is baseless.you will be punnished for not aggreeing.

Or better put it this way. You have made up your mind that you wont vote for Jonathan Goodluck because he jasnt proven himself as a capable leader. His performance previous leadership positions as governor, vice president and president are very poor. In fact, you wont vote at all for anybody . You just dont like politics.

Nah, that's a lie. Being an atheist doesn't make one bitter. As an atheist, you are able to face life squarely knowing that there is (are) no deity (deities) to lay blames on. You mould your own destiny so to speak. Saying someone is inherently bitter because of a lack of belief in a deity is just irrational.

Atheists are humans first before any other thing. As humans, we all come with a capacity to love. A lack of belief in a god doesn't change my core personality and it most definitely doesn't make me a bitter person.
