Semester started in June. If u start a month before exams start...ur cup of tea. That is why NOUN should stop screening folks after matriculation ceremony or at most ask them if they are aware of the calendar.

If u don't have the soft copy...look for the hard copy. NOUN doesn't give a fig how u get things done so long as u don't cheat at exam halls.
