was reading medication orders and prescription this noon. Which one is prescription order?
I knw prescription to be an order, written or verbal, from a doc, dentist, vet surgeon for the supply of medicine, dressing or surgical appliance to pt while med order is diff frm prescription in d sense that it may not contain pt details and detail instructions on how d medicaments should be used.

We have prescriptions o. its just that almost every drug in Nigeria is sold Over the Counter, even the ones that require a prescription. I think the PSN and PCN are not doing enough to checkmate the activities of these chemists who sell any type of drug to any individual even underaged kids. They make prescriptions look like its meant only for hospitals

we run sessional courses here. We are going to be examined at the end of the year, dunt know how to explain self, but we right tests when others right 1st semester exams.
