^^^ if state schools pulls out from ASUU,I swear hunger would be their second name because all these governors are very mean o. At your leisure, try and look into how governors handles minimum wage. Lecturers of state universities should not even dream of making the mistake of pulling out from ASUU

ASUU is one. And at the negotiations wit Federal Government, state universities have their representatives too. This struggle is not for federal universities alone, state schools are also included as federal government fund states. If I must tell you, state universities have collected funds from the little that federal government has released. For example, Adekunle Ajasin has collected 1.05 billion directly from federal purse from this present strike action. The tertfund being enjoyed by most Lecturers on PhD programs and those travelling for conferences and seminars came from ASUU struggles and this funds are both enjoyed by state and federal universities. So many state universities in this country would be left naked if ETF buildings are removed from their institutions. Even some state universities shud be named ETF universities, as all their buildings are products of ETF, which is also a product of ASUU struggle. So, who the hell says state universities do not benefit from this struggle? It is very unfortunate that most Nigerian students do not even know what this ASUU strike is all about. Long live ASUU. Long live Nigeria.

FG should cut off all grants to state universities, but will FG be bold enough to do that, GEJ should take a stand.

Are some state universities not part of ASUU? Instead of Jonathan to fix the issues and ensure ASUU does not go on strike again, he is laughing and joking with reporters.
Jonathan is a monumental failure and no media chat or sincere9jerian(Abati) can tell me otherwise.

That's the hypocrisy we're talking about. Everyone blames the FG without passing some blame to the government closest to them. The state governors are as irresponsible as the federal government.

The FG shouldn't be funding STATE universities! They will certainly be a big drain on the FG's purse. If the States can't fund their universities, then they better hand them over to the private sector, or enter into a 50-50 funding arrangement with the said private investors.
