tundebj: @osama10, d busines i do is very clean, straight forward and very rewarding, imagine a busines we venturd into January dis year 2013, by 1st of Dec. Dis same year, we ar getting a brand new, tier rubber car. I live in Oyo town where the busines is nt striving like lagos yet u see elderly women who cannot sign their signature smiling to the bank 20th of every month. I hav explaind it to those who snt mails, all those saying property, hope u know that its not retirement money u use to START REAL ESTATE, the smal house my dad built after his retirement, all of us "children" had to pul resources 2geda to finish it. Invest early into something that WIL CONTINUE BRINGING Money for u & take care of ur family.nice weekend. P.S: its nt teamupafrica oh, teamup is for young, very active people who want to use team effort to start their dream busines and later move into biger ventures

why not venture into buying and selling. wholesale and retailing. 2. Cold room business- fish and turkey; or ice cream or ice block business. 3. rental business- canopy, chairs and tables. 4. real estate- renting of rooms, shops, flats and mini flats.

drkay: My mum seriously need dis advice too, her 5 million naira pension is yielding just 250k per year which I think is suboptimal. I can convince her if I see a better investment.
