Dis same year, we ar getting a brand new, tier rubber car. why not venture into buying and selling. wholesale and retailing. 2. Cold room business- fish and turkey; or ice cream or ice block business. 3. rental business- canopy, chairs and tables. 4. real estate- renting of rooms, shops, flats and mini flats.

drkay: My mum seriously need dis advice too, her 5 million naira pension is yielding just 250k per year which I think is suboptimal. I can convince her if I see a better investment.
