How To Help An 8years+ Child To Stop Bed-wetting. by fibonacciseries(f): 11:58am On Oct 13, 2013
A request from a family friend "Help! how can we help our 8yrs child stop bed-wetting?"

The other siblings both elder and youngers are not bedwetting but this particular one has not stop bedwetting. All efforts have been made by the parents to help:
- By serving the child's dinner early.
- Restriction from drinking water (in the night) from 6pm till following day.
- Waking the child up in the night to urinate.
But all to no avail, and the child refuses to put on weight due to this perpentual habit of bedwetting.
Pls, valuable advice(s) is/are needed to safe the child and parents from future embarassment. Thanks.

At 8 he should be able to wake up on his own and urinate.you may need to take him to a doctor so the doctor can find out whats wrong with him or her.meanwhile each time he urinates, keep waking him up.after some time he will stop.hopefully before he clocks 10
